Bug Styles CSS Not Available

It seems that when using database driven stylesheets (as concluded after the investigation in the last version), I'm still not getting the link inserted into the header for the downloads styling.

This means that the snazzy comment reply and the styling of the modules doesn't reflect what they should be.

When we looked at this last time it was concluded it worked fine with the filesystem stylesheets, but not database driven.

I'll have a full cross version shortly after Christmas.

Just a quick update on this thread. I believe I may have a fix for this problem which will be available in the next release. We expect that to be released shortly. Very sorry for the delay!
