I have a feature request for this product that I purchased for a lifetime.

I want to selectively disable the features within this product for hashes and quotes. And completely remove these two menus from appearing in the drop down notification pane. I would greatly love to have this.

You can disable the features from each forum, we'll introduce a global switch to disable it in all forums and also from the dropdown / profile in a future version

I feel it is really redundant having the options visible and present in the drop down notification pane if I have the features disabled themselves...

"New Post Quotes" and "New Hash Tags" stil appear even though i have it disabled.

I would love to see an option to disable this, thanks for your time.

Yes, like I said, we will add it to a future version

vBulletin 4 would not display the disabled features, it's only because you're still on vBulletin 3 you see that long list even for features you have 0 new notifications for
