Customer
Really need a setup guide for this. I am working on a store with all physical products using the Dragonbyte store. I want a way for customers to be able to order customized products by opening a ticket for them.

I think I have it set up properly. I am using an already existing category. Did find the check box in the category for enabling the tickets (wish that had been mentioned in some kind of documentation).

Permissions have been set for Groups (I think)

Routes have been changed.

I am seeing the "Support" button and "open a ticket" button. Using those it allows me to open a thread and save it, but not seeing any ticket notification, but simply a normal thread.

What are the mandatory things I need to make sure are active so a ticket is produced?

Have you selected the product within the forum's settings?

The per-product forum setting shown here:
1701440719104.webp

Only controls the "Get Support" button on the product page itself.
