Question Trigger Paycheck every Month

So there is currently no way to ensure it always triggers on the first of every month for example, due to the fact that the limitation exists in seconds, and you can't divide months into even chunks 
If you go to https://www.epochconverter.com/ and check the little helper table there, you'll find that the average amount of seconds in a month is
If you fill out the advanced options like this:
It should trigger once every 30.44 days.
If having such a random and uneven interval causes confusion - which would be completely understandable - you could consider dividing the paycheck amount by 4 and instead use

Just out of curiosity, why did you decided to take that approach and not the drop down like user upgrades has with “days, months, years” etc?
