We're releasing Twitch Streaming Suite v2.0.0 Gold in order to add half a dozen features requested by our backers during our Backer Beta period.

New Features


Configurable Cache Time

• The amount of time between channels' online status can now be changed in the vBulletin Options
• Default of 5 minutes
• Allows forums to choose their own performance vs. up-to-date information

vBShout Notifications

• Ability to send a notification to all shoutbox instances when channels go live
• Only works with [DBTech] vBShout
• Defaults to off

Default vBShout Settings / Permissions

• Choose a vBShout instance to use as the template for future instances
• Only works with [DBTech] vBShout
• Defaults to none

View Stream Page

• Viewer count is now displayed in the header block

(Pro) Random "Featured Channel"

• Cron job selects a random new "Featured Channel" every 24 hours
• Can be toggled via vBulletin Options
• Defaults to off

(Pro) User-Suggested Channels

• Users with the appropriate permissions can suggest new channels to be added to the directory
• vBulletin Option to control who receives notification when a channel requires moderation
