Legacy vBNotificatons to work with legacy notifications at the same time

At the moment I have users for who this system doesn't work. For some work.

If this could be made as supplemental to legacy system, this would enable notifications to work for all. And not just this, but people who come from different forums to mine could use old system till they get accustomed with new one.

New one is better, but some people have trouble to accustom themselves with it.

I should have an option for users in 1.1 that will allow them to select which system they would like to use!
