Bug vBshout Lite: Unable to save premissions for an instance

We have been trying to add a new shout box to a forum that has been recently made, I have made a new instance and it doesn't save the Permissions I have made. I hit the save button and can go right back into the instance and no permissions are saved. We recently updated the lite version to the most recent and I'm still having the same problem. If you could please either give suggestion's on things to change or we have an account made for support so maybe someone can check it out. Thanks
