The first mod DragonByte Tech ever released, vBShout, has been upgraded to v5.4.0.
This version represents quite a significant upgrade, in spite of the fact that it remains in the v5 series, with the feature highlights being Per-Instance Options and a revamped Instance Permissions Management system.
Instead of only being able to set global options, all prior vBulletin Options have been moved to the Instance Manager.
It is no longer required to enter a separate screen to manage Instance and BBCode Permissions, that is done from the main Edit Instance screen.
