What does this offer in addition to what Xenforo 2.3 already has?
Can I use stripe tax with this?
I have installed it on my forum but I don't see any configuration.

As of 2.3 all this addon does is enable you to force certain payment types, such as PayPal, Klarna etc, to show up during checkout instead of letting Stripe guess.

You can find the check boxes when editing the Stripe payment profile.
