Question Why is there a purchase if I can't buy it?

Hello, I live in Turkey. I have previously stated that I have problems with the payment profile. Unfortunately, I cannot set up a payment profile in your credit plugin. However, I can make payments in Turkey in your e-commerce plugin.

My Questions

1. Why can I receive payments in one of your plugins but not in the other? I can receive payments in e-commerce but not in the credit plugin.

2. If I cannot receive payments, why is there a "buy" button? When members click on the buy button, they receive the error "Please select a valid payment profile to continue your purchase." and I do not want this. If the payment profile is not set, I want to close the credit sale. But I could not find where to do this.

Unfortunately, I cannot set up a payment profile in your credit plugin.

Yes you can. Edit the Purchase event, scroll down to Event trigger options, and configure the "Payment profile" setting.
