Bug XFMG upload event trigger

I want the event to trigger after a user uploaded 2 media items to his gallery (instead of after each and every one of them).
so I set the frequency to 2.

When uploading the files separately it triggers every 2nd item (as it should), but when uploading a couple of items together it triggers the 2nd item uploaded and each of the next items uploaded with it.

(When clicking the Upload file in XFMG, I can choose to select and upload one file or select a couple and upload them at once. when uploading each of the files separately- the event triggers as it should, but when selecting a couple at once it triggers for n-1 of the files (what I understand is it triggers for the second file uploaded and for each of the other files uploaded with it).

To be honest, I'm not sure if there's anything I can do about this, due to the way transactions are queued.

I'll keep this open to see if there's any way I can improve this.
