Reset watcher alerts does not remove permanently, if i click Reset watcher alerts than it remove all Watch but if i reload page and show me same Result.

The following variables have been altered from their default values:
$vbulletin->config['Datastore']['prefix'] is new: NULL

That's not a bug, it's due to the way vB initialises that variable.

Why it does not remove if i click Reset watcher alerts and why does not show me There are currently no detected intrusions for the config.php file., It also show me The following variables have been altered from their default values: $vbulletin->config['Datastore']['prefix'] is new: NULL , This issue happened with Version 1.1.1.

Why it does not remove if i click Reset watcher alerts

Because it's re-inserted immediately by the fact that every vB page uses config.php.
