    Bug Can't save Forum Manager

    Just upgraded to 2.0.0 After upgrade went into the User Tagging Forum Manager, and saw that they were all selected (Hash, mention, tag, quote) I decided to change a couple. I get just a white page upon save. and none of the settings are saved when going back into Forum Manager.

    Email notifications for user tagging.

    I'd like to be alerted by email when someone tags or quotes me. I can't find this setting in userCP, so I assume it doesn't exist? It would bring me back to DBT much faster. Likewise, it would be beneficial for my sites to have such function. Please add this.
