Well I have attempted to update my arcade to the newest version I got this error, is there anyway I can fix this?

i went to buy these via paypal and it wants to make a call im not app to give my phone numbers out i want both these license but i wont if i have to do this call me thing also i need a price on both products im not concerned with updates i just want to get them installed.

When I import games it always sets them all to "low score" is the best. Almost all of my games are "high score" is the best. Is there anyway to change this default? Its sort of a pain having to edit each game after its installed.
