1. Item rating: A criterion should be added for item ratings. So we can give credit for item ratings. I also want to send a reminder message to those who haven't rated. It would be great if there was a way to find those who haven't rated.

2. Non-purchasers: There are those who have purchased the item in the criteria, but there are no non-purchasers. I can't send a warning or message to encourage non-purchasers to buy. If a criterion is added for non-purchasers, we can send a warning or message to non-purchasers to buy.
