Bug eCommerce Member Stats View Permission

eCommerce adds a couple of member stats, which are shown on the notable members list.

By default, these are set to be viewable by anyone with the 'View products' permission. This seems like a bad idea, as 'most spend' and 'most licenses' would generally be considered confidential information - I certainly wouldn't want people knowing how much I had spent at a particular site!

I can view the blocks here, for example:



In particular, XF doesn't let you modify the permission unless you set the board to development mode.

I'll change the Amount Spent and Most Licenses to require "View any licenses" instead. Those stats may have been generated before that permission was implemented.
