Question Error Status 403

I'm a Newbie so apologies if this is the wrong section but couldn't find anything more appropriate...

Line: 40 https://www.trapbarn.com/xmlrpc.php?rsdStatus: 403 Forbidden
The link is forbidden! This needs fixing. Usual suspects: a missing index.html or Overview.html, or a missing ACL.

I just can't work out where this comes from or how to fix it. Please help.
