InstanceID can't be found?

Hi,

after a successful update on my test board I wanted to update my shoutbox. I uploaded all files and updated the product. But on my index page my chatbox is only loading, the title and some features of the box aren't displayed.

Firebug show the following error:

vBShout1 is not defined (vbshout.js?v=4500 (Line 85))
eval("this.vbshout = vBShout" + this.instanceid + ";");

I thought "no problem", removed the product, deleted all files on my server and made a fresh installation with the same result.

Did I do anything wrong?

Do you have any customisations done to any "dbtech_vbshout" templates? If so, you'll need to revert them.
If you also run vBOptimise, you can also try flushing the cache.
