Legacy Legacy mode color

Option in acp to set the notifications color, when you are set to legacy mode to another color, right now it is hard coded in vbnotifications.js to red, users may need to change the color to look proper on custom skins.

I do believe this will be added rather quickly, as I posted it as a Feature request, and it has been marked Accepted by David.
