Mokonzi can you please tell me how can I hide the "auction" and "wanted" options from the "New listing" tab please?
I want that for now the people see only the Buy it now option.
Is it possible??

Then also another question.
For test I have clicked on the "Buy it Now" button and the item disappear from the page because the system think that I'm buying the item, but if I want delete my order how I can do it?

Please if is possible, I would also know if is there a way to let the items sold, in the page of the plugin (not hidden from the plugin one time are sold) but with the text "Sold" near the item that show to the other users, that the item is sold and of consequence that is a working section. This can give more importance to the section and to the working of the plugin. If now it seems always that no one have bought never something.

You can do this when in debug mode (something we'll change in the future) that as a new menu item (Manage Listing Types) in the AdminCP. You can mark them as not active there.

Then also another question.

IIRC, (working from memory as I've not got full access to my dev site today), you would need to cancel the listing (if the seller) or as the buyer open a resolution centre issue. The item could then be cancelled by the seller. I'll make a note of this as we could do with improving how it's cancelled by the buyer. The problem we have is that some forms of payment that need to be available are instant, others not so. It's tricky getting a balance between protecting the seller and protecting the buyer from abuse. Can you open a new thread visible to all with a request for improved cancelling and detail this issue?

You could end up with a very big littered area. However, if you open a new thread visible to all with a request for a new 'block' for recently sold items I'll look at incorporating it in v2 if I get time. :)

The item?
Why cancel the item if it's needed to cancel a wrong purchase (before that it is paid)?

And please... don't continue to speak of the 2Version, because you still now haven't released and we need support and implementation for the product we have bought, that now we are using it, are coming out many issues.

So if the product doesn't work is fundamental have your support and fixes.

Ooh, you took a while to reply back to this thread... :D

Debug is a mode that can be setup through the config files. There are instructions in the vBulletin manual on how to do so. It's not advisable to leave it in debug for your general users, but it does allow for extra settings to be accessed by super admins. Once activated, the Admin Control Panel has another option called Manage Listing Types, from there you can deactivate those listing types.

Then also the fact that a purchase can't be deleted from the vendors or from the client is really a bad thing.

Can you explain why it's a really bad thing?

When I say 'item', I mean the item that a seller is selling, for example, a car or a book. If a listing has more than one thing for sale (for example 20 books), each thing is classed as a single item, allowing the system to track payment, postage, etc for each thing bought in that listing.

If a seller was able to delete an item after a purchase was made, then the system could be open to abuse from fraudulent sellers, and that might affect how payment providers would view your site. As mentioned in my last post, I'm wanting to take a look at how we can improve the system to allow for legitimate cancellations while preventing abuse of the system.

By deleting an item, all information regarding that item would disappear completely, along with any proof that an item was ever offered for sale. However, the resolution centre, or cancelled listing by the seller, should remove the 'payment'.

I'll do some tests on it this week to see if it's working as intended. If not, I'll issue a bug fix.

Version 2 is comprehensive, it contains some fundamentally major changes and improvements, and with changes in my workload, I've not been able to put as much time into it as I hoped. However, no major or critical bug has been left in this product. Support is provided on the existing product. Any features requests or changes are completed as a secondary consideration to major and critical bugs within the software. I use the terms major and critical to differentiate from bugs that are minor in nature, such as text errors, slight formatting issues.

However, that all being said, if the software doesn't do something you expected it to that was never in the original product, that isn't a bug. I work on feature requests as time permits. I did ask in that last post over six weeks ago for you to post certain requests in separate threads. This thread contains more than the original topic for it states, and ideas and feature requests can get lost which is something I don't want to happen. New threads allow you to detail exactly what you are looking for and also for me to keep you informed of how that is progressing.

I honestly don't know. My workload allows me to a lot some weeks, and other weeks very little. We are creating a shop system within version 2, one of the bigger features that is taking it's time.
