Question Spam accounts

Hello,

A lot of spam account is trying to register to my forum in the last 2-3 weeks. These accounts are waiting for approval and I am rejecting but Is there any method to stop them or automatically reject them?

I recommend this add-on to help deal with that: https://atelieraphelion.com/products/signup-abuse-detection-and-blocking.64/ as that's outside the scope of DB Security unfortunately.
