Bug stuck at "Loading..."

Hi,

first off: haven't had the Chat active for a longer time (several vBulletin updated). Activated it today again (because I found a nice spot for it) and now its stuck on "Loading..."

- I am using the most up to date Version (I had to extend my License for that even)
- The Messages I posted to see if it like on the other posts here (that the Chat reappears after sending an Message) also doesn't work.
- The Messages I did send to test, are in the downloadable Archive.
- Also there are atm a few Template Edits to the Chat, I have the same problem without them (vanila).
- I also tried to reset most Options to default and used the Maintenance Feature.

Before I deactivated the Chat, it worked fine

Download the latest version from the customer area and re upload it and import the xml, this was resolved in the latest fix.

To ensure you see the changes correctly, you may need to do a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5 in all browsers except Opera) and/or flush any cache systems like vB Optimise or vBSEO you may be running.

Did you follow the upgrade instructions:

CHMOD the directory /dbtech/vbshout/aop to 0777 via your FTP program

Please delete the following files from your /includes/xml/ folder:

* bitfield_vbshout.xml
* bitfield_vbshout_pro.xml
* cpnav_vbshout.xml
* cpnav_vbshout_pro.xml
* hooks_vbshout.xml
* hooks_vbshout_pro.xml


The new files are named:

* bitfield_dbtech_vbshout.xml
* bitfield_dbtech_vbshout_pro.xml
* cpnav_dbtech_vbshout.xml
* cpnav_dbtech_vbshout_pro.xml
* hooks_dbtech_vbshout.xml
* hooks_dbtech_vbshout_pro.xml

Already tried. I am not developing with CSS and not renewing the CSS Files I downloaded .

Done, also gave you some Admin. The Chat you find atm only in the "Test" Style (with the vBshout custom hook) under the Tab "Chat".

The edits you have performed to the template is incompatible with vBShout. You need to leave the tabs intact in order for it to work

ok, will try that, but basically I wanted to place the Tabs somewhere else. Maybe you have seen, there isn't too much space.
Guess it's time for some extra dirty CSS then.

If you have downloaded 5.4.4 from your members area and uploaded the contents of the upload folder, you will have the new files in your /includes/xml folder as well

Hmm it seemed I didn't got the latest version. Now I do and all works.
