Bug Thread view count not working properly and no site map generation

I noticed threads view count is not working properly since some days, for example this thread

view 6 , but 51 likes and 79 users visited that thread.

Another one:

1 view now but 13 likes and 23 visitors.

Posters asked me why it doesn't show properly, I looked at CP settings but I've found anything weird.
Usually vbulletin takes one hour for thread view count get updated, but now it doesnt.
View count it's important for sitemap generation priority

Priority will be automatically calculated based on the number of views, replies & rating of your various pages.

Does cron job work like it should?
I cannot access Scheduled Tasks log and see.

Edit:
I see also site map is not generated everyday like it should and this is very bad

Additionally it should run at 5 but in the pic is set to 9 (???)

Hi there,

If you have problems with your thread views not updating, you will need to contact vBulletin support.

As for sitemap generation, v1.4.2 is no longer supported so I won't be able to assist you with that unfortunately I don't believe v1.4.2 has the server-side sitemap scheduled task feature.
