Bug Time out of sync after last update

Before I updated the shout mod, all my users could see the time of the shouts in their own time zone, but now the time seems to be off by a few hours for everyone...server time I presume. Is there any way to fix this?

I'm unable to replicate this issue. Please ensure that users have set their time zone correctly in the UserCP.

Timezones are set correctly, they must be for the correct time to show before I updated the shoutbox. Could it be a problem with the vBulletin timezone settings? I've checked them, but can't find anything wrong.

Can you please provide step-by-step instructions on how to replicate this issue on your site?

This could be a server issue, I have my server manager looking into it for me. Thanks for trying to help.

Does it affect all your users?

If not, do the affected users have anything in common (language, time zone, user groups)?

If the affected users try changing their time zone to something else, does it also change the time stamps in the SB like my screenshot?

Just to let you know this was a server issue, nothing to do with your mod, sorry about that. It was just a coincidence that it happened after I upgraded.
