Question Widget 'Your Donation' not working

Hello, because people are asking how much they've donated, I noticed that there's a widget thats not enabled by default.
However when enabling the widget and asking it to be shown in the the sidebar for both the drive as the overview sidebar it is not showing up.

Do I need to do something else in order to enable the widget?

Check the user group permissions, if people can’t view the donation list it also doesn’t show the donation widgets.

Yeah I checked that, we have everyone as "Registered" in the default primary group so everyone has permissions to view the donation list, even guests have. It doesn't show up. When I tried with the custom html widget posted on the forums here, it does show the data.

I’ll look into it as soon as I can, I’m currently in the process of moving house so my availability is limited

I've had the opportunity to look into this, and there's a few possible reasons why the "Your Donations" widget wouldn't show up:

1. The current user is a guest
2. The current user lacks the "View" permission from your screenshot
3. The current user does not have permission to view any donation drive
4. The widget has been configured to only show donations from donation drives that no longer exist
5. You are viewing the widget from within the context of a specific donation drive
6. The current user has not made any donations to drives matching the conditions from step 5

Can you please check this?

I upgraded from Xenforo 2.2.13 to 2.2.16 and now the widget works. It looks like it requires a minimum version of xenforo?

That shouldn't be a problem, perhaps it was an overzealous cache that got purged during the upgrade?
