Bug Can't upgrade from 4.1.3

Absolutely just bricked this add-on on this update.

So to get past this:
  1. Sync changes
  2. The add-on no longer becomes pending
  3. Rebuild

It appears to be working now, but the error was something along the lines that it needed to insert bulk rows? First time ever having this issue on an upgrade.
 
I've applied a hotfix that should resolve the problem. Re-download a fresh copy and use the archive installer to import it.
