VbCredits problems

We installed VBcredits 3 days ago, so far following problems:

1. Event referral wont work, lots of registered referrals no credits adjustment.
2. Members cant donate: error: Transferring of this currency has not been configured

Did you create events for both the Referral action as well as the Donate action?

We added events for referral and donation with the currency ExtremeMoney

Go to the Action Manager and edit the Referral action - there is a setting there to specify what usergroups will trigger the referral action. If you members havent entered into that usergroup yet, it wont trigger for their referrer.
Do you have immediate transactions enabled in the global settings? If not, then you have to wait for the referrer to log on before he will get his credits - they are queued up until then.

Can you show me the setup you have for your donate events? What version of vbcredits are you using?

We use VB 4.07, vbcredits 1.1

We have a copy of our site on local server, working there perfectly.
Local Server: Apache v2.2.14 PHP 5.3.1
Web Site: Apache v2.0.63 (cgi) PHP 5.2.9

We found some differences in DB:
Local Server: Table: credits_action , title Donate: currency 1
Web Site: Table: credits_action , title Donate: currency 0

After changing the values of charge to donation to $0.01, donation is working on web site

It means that the column currency in the table redtis_actions are different on local server and web site.
We enabled immediate transactions, referral event still not working.

The donate event should have a 1 for currency, although you should be unable to edit that setting unless you have debug mode on. Perhaps try re-importing the vBCredits: vBulletin product to reset the attributes for your actions if that one somehow was incorrectly configured. Not the main product, and your events will still be there after the reimport.

Yeah Referral isn't working here. I setup a promotion for a group called "Referred" to get into this group you need 7 days registered, 3 posts OR 250 rep. I selected Referred as the group in the Referral Event. Then I modified an existing user and put his secondary group to Referred. I added the referrer into the profile then browsed around, logged out and went into the Referrers account, no credits given.

Don't set Referred group in the Referral Event - for the event, enable it for everyone. What you want to do with the Referred group is go into the global vBCredits Action configuration and find the Valid Referral Usergroup setting, and select the Referred group there
You will have to switch around the users in their group destinctions again to trigger the event for testing. If this is still stumping you, PM me and I will walk you through it on your site with an admin login.
