Update, I just finished updating and testing new features with vB 4.2 and now it's on my live website, I will be making a new copy of my live website on the test server tonight and then re-install the vBDonate and will test it extensively for the next few days.
Will report back.

Sorry to ask you Ozzy, but could you give some extra information about that "auto confirm"?
You'll probably will say "what extra info?"

Well,
I just updated it,
and did a new donation,
but I just don't see anything special... That donation is looking like it needs to be confirmed...

(or am I talking to soon... Can it take a few minutes/hours before it gets auto confirmed? Or do I still need to look in my PP-account)

PS: Running it on my test-site + Sandbox (of PP)

(just posting this for the other testers to see, in case they have same problem)
The "Auto-Confirm" does not work behind Password Protected areas(/folders)
I (temporally) disabled the Password Protection on my Testvb folder, and did a test-donation again, and then it got auto-confirmed...
(already have enabled that password protection on the Testvb folder again).
So, if you are trying to see if the "Auto-confirm" is working (on your test-board, which probably is password-protected), (for me at least) it won't work because the "testvb"-folder is password protected...

Nah it's fine, at least we know what the issue was now.
